We want to have your newest purchase arrive in your hands as quickly as possible. We offer free UPS standard shipping on any order, but customers may select their preferred shipping method at checkout if they want a faster option.
Orders placed during the weekday are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed during weekend hours or holidays are processed the following business day.

We want you to love your new purchase. If something isn't right, please let us know. Full price merchandise may be returned for store credit within 14 days from date of receipt, provided that all items are in their unused original condition with all garment tags attached and any related accessories/instruction booklets included. Incomplete, damaged, worn or altered returns will not be accepted. All sale, bespoke or personalized merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Return funds will be credited in store credit towards another purchase.
Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return and exchange will result in a 15% re-stocking fee.
If you decide to refuse any shipment from us, you are responsible for both the original shipping cost incurred and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the 14 day return period.
Ship your return or exchange through an insured, trackable carrier. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
